I. Tỷ Lệ Hoa Hồng Chi TiếtI. Detailed Commission Rates

Ello Da Nang áp dụng hoa hồng dựa trên thời lượng tour, không phải loại tour cố định. Điều này khuyến khích HDV cung cấp các tour giá trị cao và lâu dài.Ello Da Nang applies commission based on tour duration, not a fixed tour type. This incentivises Guides to offer high-value, longer tours.

📌 Lưu ý:Note: Các tỷ lệ hoa hồng từ 8-15% dưới đây thay thế khoảng "10-20%" được đề cập trong điều khoản dịch vụ cũ. Phiên bản mới này chính xác hơn và có hiệu lực từ 27/05/2026.The commission rates of 8–15% below supersede the "10–20%" range mentioned in the old terms of service. This updated version is more precise and takes effect from 27/05/2026.

💡 Lợi ích của HDV:Guide benefit: Hoa hồng thấp hơn khi tour lâu dài giúp HDV đạt mục tiêu doanh thu cao hơn từ ít khách hàng hơn. Ví dụ, tour 8 giờ với 2M VND chỉ tính 8% = HDV nhận 1.84M VND (so với tour 1 giờ, HDV chỉ nhận ~850k).Lower commission on longer tours helps Guides achieve higher revenue targets from fewer customers. For example, an 8-hour tour at 2M VND is charged at only 8% = Guide receives 1.84M VND (compared to a 1-hour tour where the Guide receives ~850k).

2. Những gì được tính vào giá tour2. What is included in the tour price

II. Lịch Thanh ToánII. Payment Schedule

1. Khi nào HDV được thanh toán?1. When are Guides paid?

HDV được thanh toán dựa trên trạng thái tour:Guides are paid based on the tour status:

2. Chu kỳ rút tiền2. Withdrawal cycle

Tiền từ các tour hoàn thành được tích lũy vào "Ví Ello" của HDV. HDV có thể rút tiền bất kỳ lúc nào (không cần chờ cuối tuần/tháng) nhưng phải đạt mức tối thiểu:Earnings from completed tours accumulate in the Guide's "Ello Wallet". Guides may withdraw at any time (no need to wait until the weekend or end of month) but must meet the minimum threshold:

HDV chỉ có thể rút tiền khi số dư trong ví đạt ít nhất 500,000 VND. Nếu dư lẻ dưới mức này, tiền sẽ tiếp tục tích lũy cho lần rút tiếp theo.Guides may only withdraw when their wallet balance reaches at least 500,000 VND. If the balance is below this threshold, funds will continue to accumulate until the next withdrawal.

IV. Cách Rút Tiền (Bước theo Bước)IV. How to Withdraw (Step by Step)

Đăng nhập Ello (phần HDV).Log in to Ello (Guide section).
Vào "Tài chính" → "Ví của tôi".Go to "Finance" → "My Wallet".
Kiểm tra số dư hiện tạiCheck the current balance (phải ≥ 500,000 VNDmust be ≥ 500,000 VND).
Nhấn "Rút tiền".Tap "Withdraw".

IV.5. Tiền Tệ & Hỗ Trợ Ngoại TệIV.5. Currency & Foreign Currency Support

Tại v1.0 (Soft Launch):At v1.0 (Soft Launch): Tất cả thanh toán đều tính bằng VND (Việt Nam Đồng). Ello chỉ hỗ trợ rút tiền sang tài khoản ngân hàng Việt Nam (STK ngân hàng VN) hoặc ví điện tử VN.All payments are denominated in VND (Vietnamese Dong). Ello only supports withdrawals to Vietnamese bank accounts or Vietnamese e-wallets.

Lộ trình v1.1+:v1.1+ Roadmap: Ello sẽ hỗ trợ rút tiền sang tài khoản quốc tế (PayPal, Wise, v.v.) với quy đổi theo tỷ giá VND/USD. Thông báo sẽ được gửi trước khi hỗ trợ chính thức.Ello will support withdrawals to international accounts (PayPal, Wise, etc.) with conversion at the VND/USD exchange rate. Notification will be sent before this feature officially launches.

VI. Những Trường Hợp Rút Tiền Bị Từ ChốiVI. Circumstances Where Withdrawals Are Declined

Ello có quyền từ chối yêu cầu rút tiền trong những trường hợp sau:Ello reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

Tranh chấp chưa giải quyếtUnresolved dispute với khách (có khiếu nại chưa kết thúc).with a customer (an outstanding complaint).
Thông tin ngân hàng saiIncorrect bank details hoặc không khớp với danh tính HDV.or details that do not match the Guide's identity.

Q: Nếu khách chuyển khoản tip ngoài nền tảng, Ello có biết không?Q: If a customer sends a tip outside the platform, does Ello know?

A: Không. Tip ngoài nền tảng (tiền mặt, chuyển khoản riêng, v.v.) là thỏa thuận giữa khách và HDV. Ello không can thiệp và không chịu trách nhiệm nếu có tranh chấp về tip ngoài nền tảng. Tuy nhiên, Ello khuyến khích sử dụng nền tảng để có bảo vệ (Ello xử lý tranh chấp & hoàn tiền nếu cần).No. Off-platform tips (cash, private transfers, etc.) are a matter between the customer and the Guide. Ello does not intervene and is not liable for disputes about off-platform tips. However, Ello encourages the use of the platform for protection (Ello handles disputes and refunds if needed).

Q: Có thể rút tiền từ tour mà khách chưa xác nhận không?Q: Can I withdraw earnings from a tour that the customer has not yet confirmed?

A: Không. Tiền được "khóa" cho đến khi tour hoàn thành (khách xác nhận hoặc 48h tự động). Sau đó HDV mới rút được.No. Funds are "locked" until the tour is confirmed as complete (customer confirms or 48h auto-confirm). The Guide may then withdraw.

Q: Nếu tour bị hủy, HDV có bị phạt hành chính không?Q: If a tour is cancelled, does the Guide face an administrative penalty?

Q: Tiền rút bị hoàn lại (ngân hàng từ chối), sao?Q: My withdrawal was returned (bank rejected it). What should I do?

A: Tiền sẽ quay lại ví Ello của HDV trong 5-7 ngày. Hãy kiểm tra thông tin tài khoản hoặc liên hệ support: support@ellodanang.com.Funds will be returned to the Guide's Ello Wallet within 5–7 days. Please check your account details or contact support at support@ellodanang.com.

Q: Ello có tính thuế hoặc bảo hiểm không?Q: Does Ello deduct tax or insurance?

A: Ello không tính thêm. Tuy nhiên, HDV có trách nhiệm kê khai/nộp thuế cá nhân nếu doanh thu vượt ngưỡng. Liên hệ cơ quan thuế địa phương để biết chi tiết.Ello does not deduct additional amounts.
